Welcome to Abilene BIC!  You are the reason we’re here.

We know that walking into a new church can be pretty daunting, so here’s a few points to help make your visit more comfortable.

• Dress is casual.  We want you to come as you are. You will see ladies in pants, skirts or dresses and some jeans.  Men generally wear dress slacks and a shirt, jeans or shorts, but occasionally you will see a suit and tie.
• You won’t be asked to stand and be recognized, but we do have a Welcome Card in the pocket of the seat in front of you that we ask for you to fill out and put it in the offering plate.
• Greeters will meet you at the door or in the lobby.  They will help you find classrooms, restrooms or answer any questions you might have.
• The service is a mix of traditional & contemporary. We rotate between a more traditional worship time (piano/organ & Hymns) & a contemporary worship time (guitar/piano & worship videos) each week.
• Our service rarely lasts longer than an hour.
